The B2B of BTM InterAzioni is just around the corner and the last spots are about to run out.
The appointment is set in the halls of the Palazzo Ducale, on April 23, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. A strategic opportunity for tourism operators and local businesses looking to expand their network and strengthen their market presence.
The event represents a concrete opportunity to develop business relationships and present services to selected interlocutors.
There will be 20 national and international buyers present at the meetings: qualified figures ready to enhance and market the tourism offer of the Salento area.
Participating in the B2B means entering a dynamic and targeted circuit, with the aim of activating new collaborations and intercepting emerging markets. An opportunity that combines promotion and networking in a single operational morning.
Following that, at 3:00 PM, there will be a conference dedicated to central themes of tourism promotion discussion. Still at Palazzo Ducale, experts, consultants, journalists, cultural operators, travel bloggers, and institutions will discuss innovation, enhancement of territories, and new strategies to make destinations increasingly competitive and attractive. After registrations, the works will open at 3:30 PM with a presentation dedicated to “The Google Ecosystem for Tourism,” by Veronica Rizzo, Local Marketing Expert and product expert of Google Business Profile. An appointment designed to provide operators with concrete tools to make the most of Google profiles and improve their online visibility, an essential element for competitiveness in the tourism sector.
At 4:10 PM, there will be a practical approach with Marco Volpe, Hotel Consultant and Trainer, who will guide participants through strategies and tools useful for better selling, optimizing daily work, and retaining guests, with an operational focus on the real needs of accommodation facilities.
At 5:00 PM, the discussion will delve into the panel “Travel Destination: the territorial drivers for new narratives in step with the times.” A moment of reflection on how culture, food and wine tourism, and wedding tourism can become powerful narrative levers, also thanks to the use of artificial intelligence, to tell the territories in an authentic and engaging way with Alberto Cazzato – Municipal Councilor of Presicce-Acquarica with a delegation for institutional communication; Mirko Marchitelli – Tuo Museo, cultural designer; Antonio Marzano – Journalist, expert in Wedding Tourism; Lucrezia Argentiero – Journalist and travel blogger. The meeting will be moderated by Mary Roberta Rossi - Event manager BTM Italia. The day will continue at 6:20 PM with a second moment of institutional discussion dedicated to the policies of enhancement and development of villages, a central theme for the tourism relaunch of internal areas. The goal is to strengthen the bond between local communities, territories, and visitors, building sustainable and shared development models.
Among the protagonists: Antonio Decaro – President of the Puglia Region; Natacha Pizzolante – Councilor for Tourism and Culture of Presicce-Acquarica; Francesco Paolicelli – Councilor for Agriculture of the Puglia Region; Emanuela D’Aversa – Vice President of Federterziario Tourism; Fabio Tarantino - President of the Province; Paolo Rizzo – Mayor of Presicce Acquarica. The appointment will be moderated by Pierandrea Fanigliulo – Journalist and writer.
The InterAzioni will be accompanied by a convivial moment curated by BTM Gusto.
The initiative represents an important opportunity to enhance local destinations and stimulate a concrete dialogue on the prospects of contemporary tourism, increasingly oriented towards sustainability, digitalization, and authentic storytelling of territories.
