BTM Taste returns with a total immersion in the flavors of Puglia....and beyond!For three days, in the section dedicated to food, there will be meetings, encounters, information and knowledge of Italian territories alternating between exhibition spaces and various activities designed to engage operators in food and wine tourism (FWT) and fair visitors.
Speakers, journalists, chefs and industry professionals will experience an interactive event that uses new communication languages to tell the art and history behind each dish and confirm coaching as a necessary step to structure their company and staff and welcome the food and wine traveler on a unique journey with authentic flavors.
Cooking shows, tastings, Tables of Taste, project presentations, idea exchanges and much more will fuel the BTM Taste section and allow FWT experts, producers and restaurateurs to train and present themselves as tourism operators.
