This year too, Federterziario will be a protagonist at BTM Italy 2026, scheduled from February 25 to 27 at the Fiera del Levante in Bari, a reference event for operators, businesses, administrations, and tourism entities. The theme of this edition, “re-generate: two faces, one vision”, emphasizes the importance of innovating without losing the identity of territories and tourism services.
Federterziario's presence will be articulated in a dedicated stand (N° 109B, 110B, 112B, 113B) and in a series of training and informative appointments designed for entrepreneurs, sector operators, and tourism professionals. The goal is to promote the exchange of knowledge, update skills, and provide concrete tools to face market transformations.
Wednesday, February 25, at 12:00, at the Federterziario stand, the conference “Music in the company: instructions for use” will be held. The territorial SIAE representatives will illustrate the correct procedures for the dissemination of background music and explain the areas of the agreement signed by the Confederation, providing businesses with operational guidelines and practical management tools. The event poster is available for download online.
Thursday, February 26 will be the central day of in-depth analysis. At 11:00, in the Main Arena Room, the conference “Human capital, heart and engine of tourism innovation in the intelligent era” will take place, dedicated to the central role of people in the processes of digitalization and innovation in tourism. The meeting will provide concrete insights to place human skills at the center as a strategic development lever. Participation requires registration via QR Code or dedicated link.
Also on Thursday, at 12:50, in the Meeting Room, the conference “Rethinking the rules of tourism: governance, skills and supply chain for the new industry”, organized by the Tourism Supply Chain Association in collaboration with Federterziario Turismo, will be held. The President Enzo Carella will speak, illustrating how the evolution of demand, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and new markets are redefining the sector, providing practical tools to improve the offer and organization of tourism businesses.
Therefore, Federterziario will not only be a protagonist of workshops and conferences but also a reference point for networking, discussion, and professional updating, in line with BTM Italy's vocation to create connections between territories, operators, and international markets.
