BTM Expo Hub, the digital exhibitors catalog active all year round

More visibility, more contacts.

BTM Italia 2026 is not just a trade fair appointment, but a true integrated system of connections and opportunities, a structured network of professional relationships, content, and opportunities that takes shape well before the opening of the pavilions and continues to generate value even after the event closes.

In this scenario, BTM Expo Hub fits in, the new digital exhibitors catalog designed to amplify the visibility of tourism companies and improve the experience of visitors, which will be active on the btmitalia.it portal for twelve months.

Not just a simple list of companies, but an evolved digital showcase, designed to be an integral part of a broader presence strategy. A virtual meeting place that allows exhibitors to tell their story, present their offerings, and engage with the audience before, during, and after the fair.

To facilitate access and maximize the visibility of the participating companies, BTM Expo Hub will be reachable through a dedicated link in the main menu of the BTM site, https://catalog.btmitalia.it/it/ thus offering a direct and immediate connection to the digital showcase for all site users.

Within their profile, clients can enter detailed information about the company; present products and services; upload photos, videos, and informational materials; share contacts and references; customize their digital presence.

A concrete advantage for exhibitors and users. For the former, it is a concrete opportunity to extend the trade fair investment over time, increasing visibility and creating new points of contact with potential partners and clients even beyond the days of the event. For the latter, the digital showcase becomes a valuable tool to learn in advance about the realities present at BTM Italia 2026, plan meetings at the fair, and delve into the content even afterwards.

BTM Italia 2026 strengthens its role as an evolved platform for the tourism sector, capable of combining physical events and digital tools into a single value strategy for the benefit of the entire community.

Registration represents not only an operational requirement but also entry into a system of continuous visibility, designed to support exhibitors and enrich the experience of visitors. A streamlined process aimed at facilitating access to the event and allowing exhibitors to focus on what really matters: meeting qualified buyers, operators, and visitors.
