Authentic experiences, real opportunities: online the BTM InterAzioni program

BTM InterAzioni is preparing to return with a new edition that promises to redefine the standards of contemporary hospitality. From September 17 to 19, the "special edition" of the event will shine a spotlight on the Ionian Lucanian Coast, a unique territory that harmoniously blends crystal-clear sea, unspoiled nature, and millennia-old historical testimonies.

After the fam trip and the B2B session, the InterAzioni will kick off with a conference organized on Friday, September 19, starting at 3:30 PM in the picturesque halls of the Berlingieri Castle in Policoro. The official program is already available online.
The meeting will open with a true "toolbox" dedicated to the role of artificial intelligence in the tourism sector, with a particular focus on the revolution of the front office, the evolution of customer care, and the automation of interactions, always respecting service quality. There will also be in-depth discussions on strategic topics such as revenue management, new traveler profiles, emerging market trends, and investment strategies for increasingly effective hospitality that is attentive to the needs of conscious tourism. Following this, the panels with industry experts and institutional representatives will focus on identifying concrete tools to strengthen the tourism offer of Basilicata and make it increasingly competitive in national and international markets. Through data and projections, the strengths of the territory will be analyzed to transform them into concrete growth opportunities, with the ambitious goal of building an innovative, inclusive tourism offer capable of captivating today's and tomorrow's travelers.
Particular attention will be given to the environment, natural resources, and biodiversity: investing in accessibility, conservation policies, and sustainable practices means protecting the future of the territory, actively contributing to the fight against climate change, and at the same time attracting tourism oriented towards regenerative outdoor experiences that foster authentic reconnection with the landscape and local communities. In the spirit of a winning combination of territorial promotion and gastronomic tradition, the day will conclude with a convivial moment dedicated to the tasting of typical products, curated by BTM Gusto. The initiative, wanted and supported by APT Basilicata, arises from the desire to bring a high-profile event to the region, capable of effectively combining specialized training, business opportunities, and territorial enhancement.
