President of Turismi.ai - the Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence in Tourism. Member of the Advisory Board of the European Commission's European Capital of Smart Tourism. Member of the Smart Tourism Task Force of the global Smart Cities Council. External expert at D3Hub, the competence center for the development of the European Tourism Data Space. Author of "More Tourism for All?" with Paolo Verri, published by Egea, and of "Turismo MegaTrend - Smart Destination and Digital Tourism: AI, Blockchain, Cyber, IoT and 5G" published by Hoepli on innovation and digital transformation in tourism. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Trentino Holidays and an advisor to Carraro Lab. He coordinates Turismo Italiae - a think tank of Cultura Italiae. He has been a contract lecturer in Digital for Sustainability in the Master's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at IULM University.
