Born in 1980, he graduated with honors in Political Science from the University of Pavia in 2003. In 2007, he received a PhD in International Relations and in 2019, completing his education with a Master in Business Administration (MBA). He has collaborated with leading Italian universities, taught at the ESCP Business School, and is currently a professor of Strategic Studies at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan campus. In addition to his academic work, he has collaborated with the European Investment Bank, NATO, the European Commission, and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, where he served as a consultant on defense industry matters and the Greater Mediterranean during the Draghi government. He has also served as an advisor to the CEO of E&Y Italia and to companies operating in the construction and oil and gas sectors. He has collaborated with the ENI Enrico Mattei Foundation and continues to maintain structured relationships with think tanks such as ISPI and Aspen Institute Italia on topics related to the relationship between business and the international environment. He is an author at HBR Italia and has written essays and articles on international politics, energy strategies, defense, and, indeed, the relationship between the business world and ongoing international changes. In 2025, he published the book Geopolitics for Businesses - Rethinking Business in Post-Global Markets with EGEA Università Bocconi Editore.
