FOOD TRAVEL – MASSERIA PALOMBARA - ORIA (Br)

The Masseria Palombara, in the countryside of Oria, is an important example of a fortified Apulian farmhouse, organized as a self-sufficient agricultural complex. Today, the masseria, part of the "Small Luxury Hotels" circuit, preserves this historical heritage by reinterpreting it as a Relais and Spa.
