With over 20 years of experience managing hotels and hospitality facilities, Alessandro Baccaro has a solid background in the 4- and 5-star hotel sector. He began his professional career focusing on revenue management, management control, commercial positioning, and human resources development. Over the years, he has expanded his expertise to include areas such as wellness, operations management, and event management. He has also taught tourism management for training institutions in Puglia, sharing his knowledge and contributing to the professional growth of future professionals in the sector. Currently, as sales and event development manager for Epoca Collection, he is dedicated to the promotion and development of various properties, focusing primarily on wedding tourism. As General Manager of Masseria San Giovanni, his primary objective is to ensure high standards for guests while ensuring the financial and overall success of the properties he manages.
