It all began in late 1993 when young Pietro Zito, an agricultural expert and proudly the son of farmers, decided to step behind the stove while maintaining a solid foothold in the fields.
The "ANTICHI SAPORI" restaurant was born.
In a tiny village like Montegrosso di Andria, this meant, more than just the personal success of its founder, Pietro Zito, the ability to highlight the unique characteristics of a local area and create a new economy by valorizing old traditions: with simplicity and a few courageous choices.
