Giampiero Feliciotti is a longtime politician and administrator, deeply rooted in the Macerata region. He served as mayor of Serrapetrona (MC) and for many years has served as
President of the Monti Azzurri Mountain Union, based in San Ginesio (MC). The union brings together fifteen inland municipalities with the aim of enhancing the landscape and historical-cultural heritage and combating depopulation of inland areas. Throughout his career, Feliciotti has distinguished himself by promoting the Monti Azzurri brand, focusing on sustainable tourism, excellent food and wine, and village revitalization. He has navigated critical phases for the region, such as the complex reconstruction following the 2016 earthquake, often acting as a spokesperson for the concerns of small municipalities at regional and national level. His pragmatic approach and in-depth knowledge of rural dynamics have characterized his career as an administrator, driving him to continue his commitment to innovating mountain services and protecting cultural identity.
