Born in 1985 in San Severo, Ilaria has a solid background in business, economics, and law, and professional experience in both national and international contexts. From 2008 to 2016, she served as an auditor at a leading Big 4 firm; subsequently, from 2016 to 2022, she was Administrative Manager in the Real Estate sector, strengthening her administrative, financial, and management skills. She currently works in administration and accounting for the public sector, where she applies her technical and regulatory expertise.
Thanks to the family business, she has become interested in the world of wine in recent years.
She has been involved in the project to establish the "Capitanata Spumante Metodo Classico" Association since its inception, serving as Vice President. She has contributed her experience to the organizational structure and the definition of a solid and sustainable management model, with the aim of promoting the Metodo Classico and, in particular, the Bombino Bianco grape variety, a defining expression of the region's identity and its excellent winemaking.

Today, she represents the new generation of the family-run Cantine Re Dauno di San Severo. Within the company, she oversees administration, marketing, and customer and supplier relations, combining managerial rigor with strategic vision. A qualified sommelier, she is leading a journey that combines tradition and innovation, strengthening the company's identity with a contemporary and forward-looking perspective.
