Alessandro Maria Polito studied at the Galilei Technical Institute in Lecce and continued his studies in Industrial Design at the IED in Milan. In 2005, he earned a Master's degree in Fashion Styling from the IED in Rome and a specialization course with Gaetano Castelli. He served as Vice President of the Via del Babuino Association in Rome and worked as a Store Opening Manager for leading fashion brands in Europe, the United States, and Asia. He has taught Visual Design at the Harim Euromediterranean Academy in Catania and the Italian Design Institute in Milan. He is a co-founder of Icon Radio Visual Group APS. He co-designed the Minervino di Lecce Municipality Project "Cultural Heritage Divine Villages," funded by the European Union PNRR - NextGenerationEU. He was the general organizer and artistic director for three years of the Fòcara di Novoli, co-founder of an international piano festival, and the creator and founder of Lo Stato dell'Arte Festival.
