With a master's degree in Cultural Heritage, I gained direct experience in tourism working at the Bolzano Tourist Board. I worked on digital tools for tourist information, such as audio guides, chatbots, websites, and regional databases, also collaborating on events such as the Christmas Markets. At Touristinfo.ai, I work on tourism research and the development of innovative and sustainable AI solutions to gently guide visitors towards more informed behavior.
