She works in strategic planning and destination management, applying a data-driven approach to destination development. She collaborates with the Veneto Federated Regional Tourism Observatory. She holds a research grant from Ca' Foscari University of Venice for the Tuscany Regional Tourism Observatory. She is a university lecturer at the CIELS Campus in Padua. She is a member of DestinAction, a national community of new destination management professionals.
