Lucia Varra is Professor of Business Organization at the University of Florence. Since 1997, she has conducted research on innovation, skills, knowledge management, organizational models, and HR management.
A particular area of ​​research is tourism, with numerous national and international publications on recruitment, professional profiles, governance, and sustainability of businesses and destinations. She is the scientific director of the Abetone and Prato Tourist Destination Observatory (OTD).
