The new B2B MICE is aimed at hotels and venues, tourism promotion agencies, international destinations, and industry operators interested in meeting corporate buyers, incentive planners and Italian event organizers.
A B2B workshop dedicated to business tourism, designed to create direct connections and forge strategic partnerships and expand networking and growth opportunities in the events, conferences, and incentive travel sector.
HOW THE B2B MICE IS ORGANIZED
THE B2B MICE
On February 25, 2026, in the T-Trade Village area, BTM will host a day entirely dedicated to business tourism, created in collaboration with JLK Travel Market. The initiative will offer targeted B2B meetings with Italian buyers, focusing on corporate events, meetings, and incentive travel, along with a networking lunch in a reserved area to foster direct relationships and new collaborations.
The B2B MICE will take place on February 25, 2026, organized with a free agenda for meeting slots:
- 1st SLOT: from 10:00 to 13:00
- 2nd SLOT: from 14:30 to 17:30
Participation in the B2B MICE corresponds to access to only one slot on February 25
WHO THE B2B MICE WORKSHOP IS AIMED AT
- Hotels, venues, and conference centers
- DMCs and incoming operators specialized in events and incentive travel
- Promotion agencies and Italian and international tourist destinations
- MICE service providers (technology, catering, logistics, experiences, business services)
Selected buyers include corporate travel managers, incentive planners, event agencies, and organizers of corporate meetings in Italy interested in venues, destinations, and MICE suppliers not only from Southern Italy but from all over Italy and selected foreign markets.
